What Keen stores

Keen stores the information needed to run the app:

• Profile - photo, name, username
• Preferences - calibration sliders from onboarding
• Social - friends, chats, messages
• Plans & memories - activities, dates, locations, photos you add
• Usage - data needed to improve recommendations and fix bugs

Who can see what

• Profile - visible to friends and people who search for you
• Plans - visible to plan participants
• Chats - visible to chat members
• Memories & photos - visible to plan participants unless you share elsewhere

Location

Keen may use your location to suggest nearby places and sort search results. You can deny location permission and still use the app - search and manual place selection still work.

Your data

You can delete your account from Profile (tap your avatar on Home), which permanently removes your Keen account and associated data. See Deleting account or use the account deletion request page if you cannot access the app.
