Sign in

Keen supports three sign-in methods:

• Google - tap Google and approve in your browser
• Apple - on iOS, sign in with Apple ID
• Email - enter your email for a magic link (no password)

Tap Get Started on the login screen to see the options.

First-time setup

New users go through onboarding:

1. Profile - photo, display name, and username
2. Calibration - five sliders about how you like to spend time (helps recommendations)
3. Terms of use - review and accept

You need a photo, name, and username before continuing.

Username

Your username is how friends find you. Choose something recognisable. You can change your display name and photo later from Profile (tap your avatar on Home).

Sign out

Profile → Log out (tap your avatar on Home to open Profile)

Troubleshooting sign-in

• Email link not arriving - check spam; open the link on the same device
• Google/Apple errors - ensure you’re on the latest app version and try again
