Plans fall apart when coordination scatters across apps and messages. Chat keeps everything in one place.
Plans in chat
When you send a plan, Keen posts a plan card in the conversation. It shows the activity, when and where (if set), and who’s invited. Tap the card anytime to open the full plan summary.
Friends confirm from the summary. Everyone in the chat stays in the loop when details change.
Note: Friends invited to a plan are only associated with the chat on this initial sending. After that, friends you invite to the plan will not be invited to the chat, or vice versa.
What chat is for
Use chat for the flexible stuff:
- “Running 10 late”
- “Can we switch to the place on High Street?”
- “I’ll bring the board game”
Use the formal plan when something actually changes - edit date, location, or activity through the plan flow and re-send. That keeps the plan summary accurate.
Starting a chat
- Open the Chats tab and switch to the Chats segment to see all your conversations
- Tap + to start a new chat or add friends
- Share an activity or plan into a chat from elsewhere in the app
