Delete your Keen account and data
Keen is published by Ken Oath Studios. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete in the app
If you have Keen installed, this is the fastest way to delete your account:
- Open Keen and sign in
- Go to the Profile tab
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your Keen account and ask us to delete it.
Email deletion requestInclude the email address you used to sign up (Google, Apple, or magic link). We process email requests within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your profile (name, username, and profile photo)
- Your preferences and calibration settings
- Your friendships and friend connections
- Your sign-in sessions and push notification tokens
Data that may be retained
Some information may remain in limited form:
- Shared content - Messages, plans, and memories you shared with others may still be visible to other participants, but are no longer linked to your name or profile.
- Internal records - An anonymized account identifier may be kept to maintain database integrity.
- Aggregated analytics - Usage data that has been aggregated and cannot identify you individually may be retained.
